AEN is a seven-member Korean-Japanese boy group formed by Starship Entertainment together with the Japanese company Amuse. Six of the members first appeared on Starship's 2025 survival show Debut's Plan, and Haruto joined as a new face. The group debuted on August 5, 2026 with the bilingual EP A New Era of Now, led by "X to Z (Next to Me)"; the EP reached No. 5 on the Circle Album Chart and No. 7 on Oricon. The name stands for "A New Era of Now" and also echoes the Japanese word for eternity.
