ITZY is a five-member girl group from JYP Entertainment, made up of Yeji, Lia, Ryujin, Chaeryeong and Yuna. They debuted on February 12, 2019 with the single album It'z Different and its lead track "Dalla Dalla", whose music video set a 24-hour view record for a K-pop debut at the time. That year they became the first K-pop girl group to sweep all five major Rookie of the Year awards, and their 2022 EP Checkmate reached No. 8 on the Billboard 200. All five members renewed their contracts with JYP in 2025.
