Splayit is a five-member rock band managed by LM Entertainment, with Kakao Entertainment taking part in album production. The members first played together as the "School Band" team on Mnet's band survival show Steel Heart Club, and fans of that lineup pushed for it to debut unchanged. The band debuted on August 13, 2026 with the album SPLAY : CHAPTER 01, fronted by "Last Bus" (produced by Lee Mu-jin's team) and the self-written "Domino". The name blends "splay" (to spread out) and "play it".
