T-ara is a girl group that debuted in July 2009 under Core Contents Media, the company later known as MBK Entertainment, with the single "Lies". Known as the "Chameleons of K-pop" for constantly switching concepts, they had a run of major hits including "Bo Peep Bo Peep", "Roly-Poly" and "Lovey-Dovey", and their Japanese debut single reached number one on the Oricon weekly chart. After a break from 2017, the four members Qri, Eunjung, Hyomin and Jiyeon reunited in 2021 with the independently released single album Re:T-ara and have since held fan concerts across Asia.
