KOYOTE is a co-ed dance-pop trio made up of Kim Jong-min, Shin Ji and Bbaek Ga, currently managed by JG Star. The group debuted on December 9, 1998 with the song "Sunjeong" (Pure Love), and after several lineup changes Shin Ji is the only original member still in the group. Hits such as "Passion" and "Disco King" made them one of the best-known mixed groups of the 2000s, earning Singer of the Year at the 2005 KBS Music Awards and five main prizes at the Golden Disc Awards. More than 25 years after debut they are still releasing music, including the 2025 single "Call Me", and touring Korea.
